Sunday afternoon Ashley and I decided to head to the beach. We looked on the bus route and selected the first stop that had "beach" in it's name as our destination.
We spent the better part of the afternoon and evening at Gwakji Beach, where we were fortunate to witness a breathtakingly beautiful sunset.
The sun set the sky ablaze in a thousand flaring shades of red, orange, and pink.
The stunning displayed lasted only several minutes.
I am so lucky to be here and to be experiencing this journey with such an amazing friend.

The sun quickly set beyond the horizon.
Before we knew it, the sun had disappeared.
Time is so precious. It is a beautiful thing that grants so many gifts, but it can slip away so quickly.
