We were so fortunate to have met Xuan (pronounced Song, meaning Spring).
He made us feel so at home and welcomed when we were so out of our element.
We went to his restaurant at least twice a day and spent most of our days with Xuan.
He made this a vacation that we will truly never forget,
and we cannot possibly express how grateful we are for his friendship.
